What is NexgloTV?+
NexgloTV is an independent internet TV service from Nexglo Solutions (SL) Limited. It brings live television, sports and on-demand entertainment to compatible devices, with local setup support in Sierra Leone.
Do I need a satellite dish or decoder?+
No satellite dish or traditional decoder is needed. You’ll need a supported device, a compatible player app and a stable internet connection. If your TV needs a streaming stick or box, we’ll explain your options first.
How does “test first, then pay” work?+
First, choose a package and confirm you’re ready to subscribe. Our team helps install the appropriate player and checks playback with you. Subscription payment follows that setup check. Any app or physical installation costs are confirmed separately beforehand.
Can I watch football and African entertainment?+
Our sports offering includes the Premier League, Champions League, Europa League and La Liga, with selected AFCON and Arab football coverage. You can also ask about African movies, series and channels. Specific matches, channels and titles can change, so check your must-watch content with our team.
What internet speed do I need?+
You’ll need a stable internet connection with enough speed for your chosen video quality and all screens in use. HD and 4K have different requirements. We’ll help you test playback on your actual connection before subscription payment. Streaming uses your internet data.
How can I pay, and can I use multiple screens?+
Pay locally with Orange Money or AfriMoney after your setup check. Choose one, two or three simultaneous screens, or a per-screen package for four or more. Separate internet, player-app or technician fees may apply and will be confirmed before you agree.
